Coming Soon Transit A film by Elias Salameh After the fall of the Iraqi rule in 2003, the security threats started increasing . It reached all the population especially the Christians. Lebanon is a transitory place for Iraqi refugees seeking safe haven while awaiting their political asylum to a third country. They endure much suffering and an even cruel condition as their waiting is prolonged for years. They do not hold residential papers, so they are in violation of the Lebanese law and are considered as outlaws. The Documentary focuses on a Christian Iraqi family, who fled Baghdad in 2008 after a soldier mistakenly killed the father. The family is now divided over three continents: Europe, America and the Middle East.
