Lebanon PA 7/17/2010: Sponosred by the Center of Lebanon Association under mature trees in a County Park within the City limits, children and adults drew and colored their chalk art. Everyone was a winner for getting outdoors. Monument Park honors veterans from generations past. Two churches border the Park, which is an oasis of calm and green in a busy City. WLBR Radio broadcast live, and Diana Hartman handed out mini rootbeer floats. What a fund day!
